Description

we are looking for a motivated, organized, and punctual person who will be our first impression of Rafa to our new and returning customers. This person maintains an outgoing, positive personality, and a professional and neat appearance. The successful candidate will be able to deliver an exceptional customer experience through product knowledge & inventory, relationship building, and interaction.

This team member will have a part-time, year round retail position. They will be scheduled mainly at our Lakeland store, and occasionally at our Bartow location. This team member MUST have weekend, holiday, and event availability.

Description

We are looking for a hardworking individual who is dedicated to maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the Historic Stuart Building, and our retail storefronts. The successful candidate is loyal & trustworthy, as minimal direct supervision is required. Must be able to identify & remedy cleanliness needs that others may not notice. Must have a respect and appreciation for maintaining the integrity of the building, and work well with our neighbors.

This team member must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and must be dependable. Hourly pay depends on experience. Hours are 7AM-11AM Daily, Monday - Friday, and additional hours as needed occasionally for special events or seasonal changes.
